We handle each order with utmost care, aiming for transparent communication to ensure your satisfaction with your new purchase. Please review the following details to understand how we can assist you.

Please note that once your order is handed over to the designated courier service, Leigh-Emmanuel Arts & Paints is no longer liable for any mishandling, late or unsuccessful delivery, or damages occurring post-delivery. It's important to remember that we don't control the courier service and cannot influence the handling or transit delays of your package. Nevertheless, we'll make every effort to aid you in tracking your package. Local & International Shipping:
We primarily use LBC for both local and international shipping. Shipping fees are calculated based on the size and weight of the item/s after packing. The client is responsible for covering the shipping costs, unless promotions, discounts, or returns due to incorrect deliveries apply.

Return Policy:
The purchase of any original or commissioned painting is considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Cancellation:
To cancel a non-custom order, please inform us within the first 24 hours of placing the order. This allows us to cancel the item before packaging and shipping.

Wrong Item Received:
If you've received an incorrect item, photograph it on the day of arrival and send the pictures to us. Upon verification, we'll issue a refund once we receive the item(s) back at the studio. Please note that this policy does not apply to commissioned pieces.
